SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

UNITED STATES SHIPPING
Standard Shipping is $8 and free on orders of $70 or more. Estimated transit time is 7–20 business days. Expedited Shipping is $15 with an estimated transit time of 5–8 business days where available. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.

TRACKING AND MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Tracking is emailed when available. Products may ship from different fulfillment locations, so one order can arrive in more than one package and on different days. There is no additional shipping charge when we split an order.

DELAYS
Weather, carrier interruptions, customs, high-volume periods, and events outside our control can extend delivery times. Please allow the full estimated window before contacting us about a delayed package.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins, and reshipping charges may apply to packages returned because of an incorrect address.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be found, check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier first. For damaged or missing items, contact liorjennacole@gmail.com with the order number and photos when applicable.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International availability, duties, taxes, and delivery times are shown at checkout where supported. Customers are responsible for import charges unless checkout states otherwise.
